Shipping and delivery

CHICMILANO orders ship from Florence, Italy. We offer complimentary tracked express shipping, with no minimum order, to the destinations listed below. We use UPS or DHL Express according to the destination and service available.

Order preparation

Please allow 5–7 business days for preparation before dispatch, including crafting time where applicable. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding Italian public holidays. If an item needs a different preparation period, we will state it before purchase or contact you promptly if an unexpected issue arises.

• Italy and supported European Union destinations: 1–2 business days.
• United Kingdom: 1–2 business days.
• United States and Canada: 3–4 business days.
• Australia and New Zealand: 3–6 business days.
• Other supported destinations: 3–10 business days.

We will email tracking details after dispatch. Contact us before ordering if you need a bag for a particular date.

Available delivery options are confirmed at checkout for your address. Express delivery requires a complete street address; we do not deliver to P.O. boxes or military postal addresses.

Taxes and customs

Orders dispatched from Italy to EU destinations do not incur import customs duties. For destinations outside the EU, import duties, taxes or carrier clearance fees may apply. Unless expressly included and collected at checkout, these charges are payable by the recipient. There is no general promise that US orders below $800 are duty-free.

Delivery assistance

Check your delivery address before paying. If an address is incorrect, contact us promptly so we can check whether it can still be changed. If tracking is delayed or a parcel is missing, contact us and we will help investigate with the carrier. This policy does not limit your statutory consumer rights.
