Support when a product is faulty or does not match its description.
Protection for EU consumers
EU consumers benefit from a minimum two-year legal guarantee of conformity from delivery. Mandatory national rules may provide additional protection. This protection is separate from the 14-day right of withdrawal.
How we can help
Contact us with your order number and a description of the issue. Photos can help us assess it. Where required by law, remedies include repair or replacement free of charge, or a price reduction or refund when the legal conditions are met. Necessary return costs for a valid claim are covered by us.
Normal wear or damage caused after delivery is not automatically a lack of conformity. This does not remove rights for a defect or misdescription covered by law.
