At ChicMilano – Made in Italy, we offer FREE EXPRESS SHIPPING on all orders with no minimum purchase required. All orders are shipped from Florence, Italy with reliable express carriers.
Processing Time
As soon as you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Our estimated order processing time is 1-3 business days. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly prior to contacting us. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to show. In some rare cases, the tracking information may not update, but you will still receive your order. Please contact us after the estimated delivery time.

Shipping Delays: While we strive to meet delivery estimates, we are not responsible for any delays caused by UPS or local customs clearance. If you experience a delay, please contact UPS directly for assistance.

Delivery Confirmation: If tracking information confirms that your order has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact UPS immediately to resolve the issue. We are not liable for lost or stolen packages once tracking confirms successful delivery.

Customs & Duties: For international orders outside the EU, taxes and duties are not included in the order total and may be required upon delivery.

USA: Buyers are exempt from customs duties for orders under $800. Please check your local regulations for more details.

Shipping Address: Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing an order. We are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses.
Notes:
We are NOT responsible if the package is not delivered within the guaranteed shipping times, as it may take 3-5 business days to process the order. We cannot be held liable for UPS or DHL guarantees. If the item is not delivered in time, please contact UPS (Call 1-800-PICK-UPS). We will NOT refund shipping charges if UPS or DHL fails to meet their guaranteed shipping times.

Delivery Confirmation: Most of our shipments include tracking with Indirect Signature Confirmation. If tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address but you have not received it, please contact DHL (1-800-ASK-DHL) or UPS (1-800-PICK-UPS) to investigate the issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states that the package has been delivered to your order address.

On very rare occasions, international shipping to some countries can take 4-6 weeks, or even longer for certain slow-to-ship destinations. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the destination country's customs clearance processes.
We do not ship to P.O. boxes and military addresses.
